Jon+Caycee Engagement

0274_jon_caycee.jpg

What can I say about Jon and Caycee? Vibrant, energetic and hot! They love life and have a very evident affection to each other. Their companionship and commitment to each other is visible in nearly every little action. They laughed together the whole time!

Caycee is the consummate shoe shopper…but then again, what lady isn’t?! Seriously, they have a fun and awesome wardrobe. Jon and Caycee rocked out their engagement session in style. We slammed down to the bottoms by Kemper Arena and shot amidst the haunted house crowds the weekend before Halloween. There were a few different folks around, but that didn’t stop us from getting trains to blare their airhorns at us.

Caycee… Jon… I had an awesome time with you guys and I am totally looking forward to your wedding day. We are going to have a blast!

The lime green door…she bought the shoes to match the door. Jon and I both wish we were kidding….we’re not. :D

I liked the brown sweater…Wish I had one like that. We were both wearing the same jeans, though! I think that is okay if you are a dude and wear the same clothes, but if Caycee and I had the same top on, she might have hurt me.

Jon…you did a great job picking out that gorgeous ring! Wow!

Carrie: Senior 2008 [Slideshow]

I am going to try something new…a slideshow. If you guys want to check it out and let me know what you think, I’d appreciate it. I know I still have to make the whole interface pretty and I am lousy at choosing tunes, but please be open about other suggestions, ok?

Thanks!!

dustin, lovin’ your latest senior stuff…bummed i can’t get this to work though. hee hee on the cute title slide!!!!

  2. Kate Mefford

Cool! The slideshow really makes her seem like such a cool chick…it has a great vibe. Like, if I was 18, I would want her to be my bestie. =)

Great job, Dustin! Who is the musical artist and what program are you using???

  3. Dustin

Try it now, Holly. I put the wrong link in there and had to fix it. Sorry. i feel like a goober now. :-P

The music is from KT Tunstall’s latest. It is rocking! The program was waaaaay easy to use and is called SoundSlides. The incredible Jan Garcia told me about it. http://www.jangarcia.com

Great job Dustin. I’m diggin’ the 08 seniors title slide. I really like your style for senior portraits… I get the sense that y’all are just walking around finding interesting places to shoot and then having fun. The kid’s (yes I’m old enough to say that seniors are kids) personalities really come through.

  5. marianofriginal

D! you’re stuff is rockin man… im glad i got to see more from this session. inspiring work. SoundSlides is da bessss!! keep it goin man! and OH SNAP, that’s too good!! LOL

  6. Carey

  7. Jennifer

I love everything I see from you, even the silly shots of you & your clients!
Your work inspires me to keep shooting!

  8. Heather Meyers Photography

wow, wow, wow…..just stumbled across your site and am in awe - you’re seniors are incredible! ;o)I can sympathise with your 3 hour shoots, considering most of my seniors last that long as well! But it’s such a blast when you have fun, beautiful, creative people to work with! totally diggin the textures!!!! Great “presense” on your blog - first look has you lookin for more :o)

  9. Ron

    Man you work is great.

I liked the show, but it seemed a little fast to me. I know you were probably trying to get a certain number of images into the song, but there were some I’d like to have been able to see more of.

    Great work as always.

    Ron
